Don't Let A Crisis Go To Waste

That is a quote attributed to Rahm Emanuel - Obama's former Chief of Staff.

And if you do not have one, then you will need to manufacture one. They have arrested a suspect in the mail bomb spree. Of course, reasonable people will be forever grateful that there are people willing to serve in law enforcement to protect the public.
Then there are other people.

“I think the president of the United States should take responsibility for the kind of violence that we’re seeing...dog whistling to his constituency … and I think that they’re acting out, but they believe the president wants them to do and the way that he wants them to act.”
The investigation has not even been completed. It has barely begun, and Waters has already made her pronouncement - Trump is guilty! No due process, no trial. (Meanwhile, the Mueller investigation...)
The ridiculous part is that the media will not talk about the suspect's extensive criminal record. The media will not talk about his clearly demonstrated violent behavior. The media will not mention that Sayoc made a bomb threat that would be worse than 9/11.
Here's the clicher... That threat was made in 2002! Before Trump....way before Trump. But you cannot let a crisis go to waste. Violence is violence, but there is an overwhelming penchant to tie all violent acts to a political position. So....

Guess what their political leaning are? Yet, there is no condemnation from the Democrats, from the media, from anyone. Theirs is a "righteous" anger.
Violence is violence. Crazy is crazy. Yet, it seems that all that matters is to blame Trump. Never mind...
“You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for...the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength.” - Hillary Clinton
Is she not advocating violence?
