The funny thing about being a liberal is that you are all for "______" (You can put any liberal agenda item in the blank really.) until it is too close to home.
California is the poster child for this. It seems that a federal judge has ordered Orange County to find a way to "house" the homeless population along the Santa Ana River. Their primary response was to move about 400 near a county park.
Well, that went over like Hillary Clinton on a flight of steps.
The people of Orange County did not like the idea of homeless people being near a park where their children love to play on weekends.

What's his problem? It is not like this is a March for Our Lives or something. This is for homeless people. Don't they deserve help too? But...
There’s no running water, no electricity and no sewer system...
They are homeless. I am pretty sure they are used to that and have managed to survive without it before. But the...
land that's actually contaminated...
Sweet baby Jesus! Then why would Orange County want to put them on contaminated land? I thought Californians were all about helping the homeless.
Until they are too close to home.
“...isn’t going to happen in our county. It’s not going to be our skid row,”
"...not going to intermingle this population with property owners, are you kidding?”
